For Manycode apps that are advertised. The policy for our other apps is here.
Last updated: 9 September 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to Manycode apps that we advertise — currently Storage Cleaner – FreeUp — published by Emine Sarıdoğan (each, an “App”). Our apps that carry no advertising SDK are covered by the standard policy, which is stricter. We designed our Apps to be private by default. The short version: your content stays on your device, and we do not collect it.
Our Apps do not require an account and do not ask you to sign in. We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, location, photos, or the content you create in the App (such as timers, entries, notes, reminders, or photos you add). This information is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to us or to any third party. We have no servers that receive your content.
This App includes the Meta (Facebook) SDK so that we can tell which advert brought someone to the App. It lets a small independent developer advertise without wasting money on adverts that do not work. It is used for that and nothing else.
It is off until you say yes. On first run the App asks, through Apple's own App Tracking Transparency prompt, whether you allow tracking. Until you tap “Allow”, the SDK is initialised with advertiser tracking and advertising-identifier collection switched off. If you decline, they stay off for the life of the installation and the App behaves in exactly the same way — no feature is withheld, and nothing is degraded.
If you allow it, the following may be shared with Meta:
Never your photos. No photo, video, thumbnail, filename or any value computed from your library is sent to Meta or to anyone else, whether or not you allow tracking.
Whatever you choose, Apple may send Meta an anonymous SKAdNetwork notice that an install happened. That is Apple's own mechanism, it carries no identifier for you, and it is not something the App can switch off. Meta's handling of data it receives is governed by Meta's own privacy policy.
You can change your answer at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking on your device.
The content you create is saved locally using Apple’s on-device storage (such as SwiftData and UserDefaults). You remain in control of it. Deleting the App removes this data from your device. If the App offers an export feature, exported files are created on your device and shared only if and where you choose.
If you choose to buy a subscription or one-time purchase, the transaction is handled by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment card details.
To manage entitlements (that is, to know whether your subscription is active) our Apps use RevenueCat, Inc. as a subscription-management service. When you make or restore a purchase, RevenueCat processes a randomly generated, anonymous app-user identifier together with the App Store purchase receipt and subscription status. This information is not linked to your identity and is used only to deliver the features you paid for and to restore purchases across your own devices. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy and Apple’s at apple.com/legal/privacy.
Some Apps can send reminders. These are local notifications scheduled and delivered on your device. We do not operate push servers and do not send you messages.
If an App lets you attach a photo, the image is stored locally on your device as part of your content. It is not uploaded to us or to any third party. The App requests camera or photo-library access only when you use a feature that needs it, and you can decline or revoke access in iOS Settings at any time.
Our Apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Because your content lives only on your device, you can view, edit, or permanently delete it at any time from within the App or by deleting the App. Since we do not hold your personal data on our side, there is nothing for us to retrieve or erase on your behalf.
We may update this policy as our Apps evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
