Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile applications published by Emine Sarıdoğan under the Manycode name (each, an “App”). By downloading or using an App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. That EULA applies to the App and, in case of conflict with these Terms on licensing matters, governs.

Subscriptions and purchases

Some features may require a paid subscription or a one-time purchase, sold through the App Store.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by region. Any free trial length and terms are disclosed at the point of sale.
Payments, refunds, and billing are handled by Apple. Refund requests are subject to Apple’s policies.

Current subscription pricing

Prices below are in U.S. dollars for the United States storefront; equivalent local pricing is set by Apple in other regions and is always shown in the App before you subscribe.

Audio Tools - Reco (“Reco Pro”)

Weekly — 3-day free trial, then $3.99 per week. The trial converts to a paid subscription automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before it ends.
Yearly — $17.99 per year, no trial.

The core editing features of Reco (trimming, fades, volume, speed, recording, M4A export and ringtone export) are free and do not require a subscription. Reco Pro unlocks MP3, WAV and AIFF export, merging clips, and extracting audio from video.

If pricing changes in the future, the App and the App Store listing will always show the current price before any purchase; this page is updated on a best-effort basis.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the App except to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Your content

Content you create in the App is stored on your device and belongs to you. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups (for example, through iCloud device backup). We do not have access to your content and cannot recover it for you.

Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Our Apps are utility tools and are not a substitute for professional medical, financial, legal, or other advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Emine Sarıdoğan (Manycode) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
